Hold your hand above phone for a few seconds to pause/resume a song! There are other options like pocket tap , hammer, accelerometer to change music! Download it to check them all!
This app needs speech to data synthesizer to be in the phone! If it is not installed before then this app will ask to download it first and even gives the link! The synthesizer fails to work on some devices like HTC! So sorry!
